when i try and download something, it will get a little bit downloaded and then just stop. sometimes, if click on it again and start the download again, it will start from that point and finish. Sometimes it just stays stuck. I've checked all of my firewall and anti-virus software and there shouldn't be anything blocking anything. it's VERY frustrating. Any suggestions?
Problems with doanloading on IE?windows xp home
This is more than likely a connection issue as oppose to firewall or AV issue, however quite strange that your able to DL parts of the file and then you recieve basically a "timeout" if it is the same file from same server each time, then try DL'ing something else, if this works then it is probably an upload problem with the server your recieving from, nothing to worry bout find another site to get it from or just wait they might be experiencing high traffic at the moment. If not, try to clear your cache and see how that goes for you.. Hope this helps
