Pls Help!!I use ie 7 on xp home.My university provides connection to the internet?

Recently all webpages that i visit show errors.I mean that there are lot of crosses like 'X'on the pages.Can i myself rectify this or should i contact the univ?

I'd let your university I.T. people handle this, since no doubt your network is server-based and IE7 will reside on the server.

Check if anybody did not disable pictures in your browser first.
