I can't get Internet explorer to come up. All it shows is

My question is: if you see this how did you manage to send us this question. I agree that you much not be connected to the internet either through the phone or cable.

Sounds like that you are not connected to the internet, i will send you an email asking for the answers, but i think that you have not either registered, or that the modem or what ever connection is, is not connected correctly.
