Shri Manu, son of Congress Minister, has killed Smt Jassica in presence of so many people. Thefore his guilty is obvious and none can protect him. His punishment will be atleast similar to death panelty to PRIYADRSHINI KILLER.

Now come political or money protection. He has money but one day it will also fall short.

As per political protection by Congress party is concerned, We have full faith in Congress due to the fact that

1) Smt SONIA GANDHI (Ms Antonio Maino), CONGRESS PRESIDENT, is a lady, mother of a daughter. She must have understood that offering DRINKS to a LADY/GIRL by force itself was punishable offence. Killing for refusal of drinks is a exterme rare of rarest, therefore Shri MANU's case is more serious than the case of PRIYADRSHINI KILLER. And he shall be given punishment according to IPC.

2) Our PM Dr. Shri Monmohan Singh never can protect a killer. Moreover he is a father of a daughter. As per media information, she stayed in USA but our PM has all kind of fatherly feeling for her. Ms Jasica was at his daughter's agegroup, and he will certainly not protect this killer.

There is no guarantee that Jethmalani will be able to get him acquitted. It depends on the evidence and its appraisal by the Judges. Jethmalani, like any other good lawyer, can ony give tough time to the prosecution. The Judges will also have tough time thereafter. That is all. Fact remains that people with money and/or political power do not get punished speedily or not at all.
People with Money always tend to escape without any punishment esp in India.

benefits of doubt, unless he names

Bina Ramani for giving him Supari

for killing JESSICA.

Lawyers are doing their job for earning their bread and butter. Nevertheless, a question always comes in our mind that if the suspected killer鈥檚 victim happens to be a family member of the defense council then what?

Secondly, why only these defense councils defend the wealthy, influential and powerful suspects? There are thousands of suspects among common people, who continue to remain behind the bars for decades, without trials and everybody including us, just do not care for them. They are left unattended, awaiting justice or wishing to die prematurely, rather than living life of dead bodies.

Hence, we would like to know whether the noble profession of a council that is supposed to provide legal assistance to innocent suspects and uphold the prestige of justice is really giving positive results.

you have enumerated the right qualifications for a Indian to kill in public and go unpunished . Lawyers work for fees and not ethics. If lawyers work is based on ethics he would hardly get any case.
