Blocking video advertisements on IE 7?

I live in a country with the most expensive bandwidth in the world. I have succesfully blocked pictures from downloading through tools internet options then the advanced tab and unclicking the multimedia options. This has saved me cash but I still get bandwidth greedy advertising videos. My question is how do I block them?

I don't think you can block any advertisement because it comes together with the website, like a package.

Personally, I too, hate advertisements. I could suggest that when you're into some sites and doesn't need Javascript to be on, disable it. It will not load the advertisement.

Note: Many of the sites need Javascript to load it properly. Thanks to the advancement of technology. Well, disabling it might help a little, but you might need to enable and disable it very often.

I've tried many methods to block all that stuff and well the only program that I have used that blocks all types of ads, flash, banner, etc was super ad blocker. http://www.superadblocker.com/
