Go to START%26gt;CONTROL PANEL, click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, find and click on WINDOWS EXPLORER 7, click CHANGE/REMOVE.
This will revert your system back to IE-6.0

Good question...I downloaded version 7.0 also and don't like it and can't find a way to get back to version 6... hope someone has an answer for this one.
go to start then programs look for a file and it'll say uninstall you program
click "start", then "control panel". go to "add/remove programs", then click on "IE7", then "remove".
