You will have to get an anti-virus/spyware software and run a scan on your system. There's no manual fix for this. You will have to do a scan of your system with the appropriate software.

Reboot your pc into Safe Mode and run your anti-virus program. If you do not have one then reboot into Safe Mode with Networking and run a free online scan at http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virus...

To get into Safe Mode Reboot and press F8 repeatedly. When the next screen comes up choose the correct mode, either Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking.
