why do they in these soaps use the cafe when they live just round the corner

i know they are so unbelievable!

they all go down the local at night! who does that!

and go cafe all the time?

and goes to the launderrette when most houses these days have a washing machine!

Why do they use the cafe when they only live round the corner? Because the cafe is just around the corner.

I think you kind of answered your own question there.
because they are lazy and don't want to do the washing up
because they don't know how to cook or make a cup of tea
coz they r so lazy. and obviously rolling in money as nobody has a washing machine as they all use the laundrette. they use the corner shop all the time in stead of using tescos or sainsburys etc. i wouldnt mind having that kinda money to throw away everyday.
Because no one can afford to buy food from the corner shop, and there are very few supermarkets.
It's nice to go to the caf茅 or pub, especially if it's just round the corner. Can see friends, meet new people and eat cake or chips.
because its television and television is made up and the writers get to do what ever they want.

because the americans do that as well in F.R.I.E.N.D.S ....they use the cafe just round the corner too..
Because there's not enough room on set to have individual kitchens, so it's easier to have one communal setting!
